1. This technology enables the consolidation test to automatically load and unload according to the set test pressure sequence under the condition that the consolidation test does not require an external pressure source (such as an air pump), which saves energy and protects the environment without disturbing the people. The test pressure ≥ 5kPa ≤ the maximum allowable pressure, and the pressure sequence can be set arbitrarily within the most required pressure range, which can especially meet the test that requires the self-weight pressure P0 of the sample to be applied. Each test process is independently controlled. At the end of the test, the sample can be replaced and restarted, which greatly improves equipment utilization. During the test, the set pressure applied by the variable speed tracking control is automatically based on the compression change of each sample, and the force balance of the sample is always maintained. The initial value of the consolidation test, which is the displacement reset value of 1kPa, is also guaranteed to be true and effective. If the test of applying self-weight pressure P0 is performed, the P0 pressure that needs to be applied for each sample can be set, and it can be applied at one time or applied in stages. This is not possible with any previous consolidation instrument.

2. With the microcomputer network

It is connected to a computer by means of a network port, and dozens of consolidation instruments can be connected to the same network. On-site installation is very simple. The microcomputer provides single control and dozens of group control operations, which is very simple.

3. Stand-alone operation and self-starting

The controller of the consolidation instrument can operate independently, that is, no computer support is required after the test starts. When the power is cut off during the test, the test site and the collected data will be automatically protected, and the test site will be automatically restored after the power is restored to continue the test.
